This class has been attended by over 2,500 skiers over the two years. We have taken the exact techniques from several Mammoth Mountain Ski Area’s pro skiers on what works best in their training and put it ALL in this course.

  1. Main Lodge Area: This area is excellent for beginners. It offers gentle slopes and wide runs that are perfect for those just starting to learn how to ski or snowboard. You’ll find a dedicated learning area with beginner-friendly terrain and professional instructors ready to help.

  2. Eagle Lodge Area: Another great spot for beginners, the Eagle Lodge area features a variety of easy runs and less crowded slopes, providing a more relaxed environment for newcomers to the sport. It’s an excellent place to build your confidence and improve your skills.

Best Areas for Intermediates:

  1. Canyon Lodge Area: This area offers a wide range of intermediate terrain, including numerous blue runs that are ideal for skiers and snowboarders looking to progress beyond the beginner stage. The Canyon Lodge area is known for its well-groomed slopes and scenic views.

  2. Chair 9, Chair 14, and Chair 17: These chairlifts provide access to a plethora of intermediate runs across the mountain. You can explore the backside of the mountain with Chair 9 and enjoy more challenging blue and black diamond runs.

  3. Mill Area: The Mill area offers a mix of intermediate and advanced runs, making it a great place for those looking to hone their skills and take on more challenging terrain.
